Obituary of Marie Elizabeth Mallory

Marie Elizabeth (Walker) Mallory, 83, of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away suddenly on May 29, 2021 at Saratoga Hospital. Marie Mallory (Ma) was born October 29, 1937, in Glens Falls, NY and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Tatsy Walker. Marie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She cherished her family above everything, and worked extremely hard to make sure they were given everything they wanted. She loved gardening, eating out with ‘Pa’, and going for Sunday drives, never knowing where they may go. In addition to her parents, she is pre-deceased by her husband, James; as well as her daughter, Deborah Wells; son, James Jr.; and brother, James Walker. She is survived by her sisters, Kay (Edward) Dickenson and Betty (John) Voudry; daughter, Diane (Randall) Behnke of Redwing, MN, son, Michael (Tammy) Mallory of Saratoga Springs, NY; son-in-law Jeff Wells; as well as grandchildren, Jacob (Kayla) Behnke, Megan (Ryan) Williams, Lauren (John) Herrmann, Bryce Wells, Colin Wells and Kirsten Mallory; great grandchildren Greyson and Hudson Herrmann and many nieces and nephews. Services are private. We ask that donations be made in Marie’s name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
