Obituary of Brittany M. Smith
Born June 22, 1991 in Saratoga Springs, NY she was the daughter of George Smith Jr. of Amsterdam and Julianne Smith of Greenwich.
Brittany loved animals and working with people. She had been employed with AIM Services in Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls Hospital.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, William Brown and paternal grandparents, George A. Smith Sr. and Jacqueline D. Smith.
Survivors in addition to her parents include her sister, Rachel (Ted) Willette of Ballston Spa, brother, Brandon Smith of Hudson Falls, sister, Shawna Smith of Tupper Lake, and sister, Georgia Smith of Kentucky; grandmother, Irma Brown, grandfather, Thomas Bruce; favorite nephew, Austin Smith; as well as several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by her animals, Jackson, Gizmo and Tucker.
A graveside service will be held at 10am Thursday, August 16, 2018 in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, Schuylerville with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 4-7pm at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville, NY 12871.
Memorials can be made in her memory to the National Pancreatic Foundation or the South High Marathon Dance.
A celebration of Brittany’s life will be held at the Victory Mills Fire Department following the burial on Thursday.
